Welcome to Our Office!

Dr. Milan Denkovski and his friendly dental team look forward to meeting you and your family. Here at Dr. Denkovski’s we believe strong teeth and healthy gums are essential to digestion and good overall health.

Here are a few things you may want to know before your first appointment:

First Appointment:
The first appointment is usually reserved for a comprehensive examination, unless you have a specific concern or require immediate treatment for an emergency condition. This appointment includes a detailed assessment of the hard and soft tissue present in the oral cavity (mouth). An oral cancer screen will also be performed as well as a full mouth set of x-rays. Any present restorations will be documented, as will any new considerations or concerns. With the use of an intra-oral camera the dentist or hygienist will discuss their findings with you, make recommendations and establish a treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will then explain the details and procedures of this plan, prepare a cost estimate and work out an appointment schedule with you.

Fees and Payments:
We know that dental treatment can be expensive, so we try to keep the cost of your dental care down. We appreciate your help in this effort and ask that you pay for treatment at the time of your visit.

If your treatment program requires several visits, we will provide you with an estimated cost, and we will be happy to work with you on making financial arrangements.

Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard and Debit.

If you have dental insurance, bring your plan information with you to your first visit. Our admistrator will process all insurance claims and estimates to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Dental insurance will usually cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible, and other expenses that are the patient’s responsibility. We know this information can be confusing, so let us know if you have any questions.

Dental insurance has played a role in helping people obtain better care. Since we strongly feel our patients deserve the best possible treatment we can provide, and in an effort to maintain the highest quality of care, we would like to share some facts about dental Insurance with you.

Fact #1 Dental Insurance companies do not intend for their plans to cover all expenses. Their plans serve only as an aid toward acquiring dental care.

Fact #2 Every dental insurance plan is different. Some pay more, some pay less and some pay different amounts within the same plan. The amount your plan pays is determined by how much you and your employer paid for the plan. The less that is paid for the insurance, the less your benefit. By bringing in your insurance booklet we can help you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Fact #3 Many dental services are covered at a specific number of times in a calendar year (for example, recare appointments may be covered only once every six months).

Fact #4 In our office we view our patients as quality people who expect quality dentistry. Remember, your insurance benefit is limited by what you or your employer pays for the plan less the profit of the insurance company.

Fact #5 In our office we follow the standard fee guide set out by the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) for the current year. This is the same fee guide that all the insurance companies follow.

We strive to create positive experiences. Please share any comments to let us know if we can make your appointments even better.
